Every service and its fee is here. Fees start from the figure shown; we confirm the final number after the free call, once we know the size of the work. No VAT is added, as kaitech is not VAT-registered today.
If you already have a tech team
We don't come to take anyone's seat
Most of our clients have a technology lead or a team. We work through them; nothing changes and nothing is announced in the first week. We only sit in the seat ourselves if you ask us to.
Week one: we listen
We meet the team and the departments it serves, and watch the work as it happens.
Week two: we measure
Costs, time and repeat problems, in numbers everyone can see.
Month one: an agreed plan
Clear priorities, each with an owner and a date.

The check is credited
If you continue with us within 60 days of a kaitech check, its fee is credited in full against the project or the monthly plan. If you don't, the report is yours and you owe nothing more.
Cost reviews: a report, or a share of savings
The report alone is a fixed fee. If we also negotiate with the vendors and carry out the changes with you, you pay a share of the money actually saved instead: no savings, no fee. We agree the share, a cap and how savings are measured in writing before we start.
Monthly plans
We agree the hours, term and expected results in writing before we start, and review them with you every month.
